These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of uzurisystems.com (the “Site”) and any services offered by UzuriSystems, operated by Body Transformation Blueprint LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company.
By using the Site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
UzuriSystems provides website design and development, automation, and related digital marketing services to local businesses. Specific scope, pricing, and deliverables for any engagement will be outlined separately in a proposal or agreement between UzuriSystems and the client.
You must be at least 18 years old to use this Site or engage our services on behalf of a business you are authorized to represent.
By submitting your contact information through this Site or otherwise providing your phone number to us, you may receive calls, text messages, or emails from UzuriSystems related to your inquiry or our services. Text messaging is subject to the SMS program terms below and in our Privacy Policy, including your right to opt out at any time by replying STOP.
UzuriSystems sends account, appointment, and service-related text messages, and — where you have separately opted in — occasional promotional messages about our services.
There are four ways you may opt in:
Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of purchase, no consent box is ever pre-selected, and no consent box is required in order to contact us or to use this Site.
Message frequency varies depending on your interactions with us.
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier plan.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive one final confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Mobile information — no third-party sharing
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
If you engage UzuriSystems for services, you agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and any content, access, or approvals reasonably required for us to complete the agreed-upon work.
Payment terms (including setup fees, monthly fees, and billing cadence) will be specified in the individual proposal or invoice provided to you at the time of engagement. Recurring monthly fees, if applicable, continue until the service is cancelled by either party as outlined in your specific agreement.
Upon full payment, ownership of custom deliverables built specifically for a client (such as a website) transfers to that client, as outlined in the applicable proposal. UzuriSystems retains the right to showcase completed work in its own portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Our services and this Site are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes (such as lead volume or revenue) except where explicitly stated in a separate written agreement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, UzuriSystems’ total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or our services is limited to the amount you paid to UzuriSystems for the services giving rise to the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site or our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
