04SMS / text messaging program

If you provide your mobile number and opt in to receive text messages from UzuriSystems, the following terms apply.

UzuriSystems sends account, appointment, and service-related text messages, and — where you have separately opted in — occasional promotional messages about our services.

How you opt in

There are four ways you may opt in:

The chat widget on this Site. It presents two separate, unchecked consent boxes — one authorizing informational and transactional messages, and a separate one authorizing promotional messages — so you may consent to one without the other, or to neither.
The contact form on this Site. It carries a single unchecked, optional consent checkbox covering messages about your inquiry. You can submit the form without ticking it.
Texting us first at a number we publish.
Telling a representative verbally that we may text you.

Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of purchase, no consent box is ever pre-selected, and no consent box is required in order to contact us or to use this Site.

Message frequency varies depending on your interactions with us.

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier plan.

Opting out — reply STOP

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive one final confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

Carrier liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Mobile information — no third-party sharing

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

05How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

Service providers who help us operate our business (for example, our CRM or communications platform), solely to help us provide our services to you.
Legal authorities, if required to comply with a subpoena, court order, or applicable law.
A successor entity, if UzuriSystems is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of business assets.

The sharing described above never includes mobile opt-in data or SMS consent, which is excluded from all sharing as stated in Section 04.
