What does an engagement actually look like?

Three phases: a survey that maps and prices your operational leaks, a fixed-scope build measured in weeks, and an ongoing evolution phase where the live system is monitored, hardened, and extended. You see the map before you commit to the machine.

Will this replace my team?

It replaces their busywork, not their judgment. The system drafts, routes, chases, and reconciles; your people decide, negotiate, and build relationships. Clients typically redeploy hours into selling · not headcount out the door.

We already have automations. Do we start over?
